Nice food, however shame about the service from one staff member and absolutely avoid if you have allergies. We visited for dinner and immediately felt our waiter did not want to have to look after our table as it seemed he had friends dining in on a different table. Menus were chucked on the table and the waiter ignored us whilst talking to his friends. When ordering we explained our child had a severe allergy and asked if one of the dishes contained this, to which we were bluntly told it did not. I’ve been coming to Portugal for over 30 years, almost on an annual basis. I must say my meal there was one of the most memorable I’ve had! I am Portuguese, so I can speak from experience that the food here is very very good. Very well representative of our culture. We had the following: smoked sausage balls, tuna tartare, oysters, octopus rice, and the arroz de marisco. All excellent! My kids also had the bolognese and the fillet steak. The staff were kind enough to divide all of the meals into 3 portions for my kids. ANDDDD they offered us blankets when they saw we freezing outside. Best experience! We loved it!...

the food here was quite pleasant, although it was quite pricey given the portion sizes. as well as this, our server was extremely rude and dismissive as he would walk away from us as we were speaking mid sentence, quite literally snap his fingers at us, referred to all the women on the table as “you” (whilst snapping his fingers to indicate) whilst referring to the one man at the table as “sir”, kissed his teeth at my mother and also avoided our table after we had complained about having an issue with one of the dishes. the negative attitude we endured very poorly effected our experience. beware of the bald guy in the...
