This restaurant is so so good

Everything they serve is delicious, from the arancini to the kebab

The pizza is delicious, with really high quality toppings and good dough - the pepperoni is truly some of the tastiest and best I've had on a pizza, and I don't say that lightly

The meats on the kebab are cooked perfectly with a lovely charred flavour

The mushroom risotto is unbelievably rich with the truffle and again, one of the better risottos I've had in my time. For dishes like pizza and risotto I didn't expect to have such good food in a restaurant in Portugal , but here we are.

It's also very reasonably priced and the wine was good, the staff are all nice and the owner in particular is a very charismatic and friendly guy who seems to make everyone in his restaurant feel comfortable.

Evening visit as we were thinking of booking a table for Sunday lunch cannot comment on the food although what we saw looked good. Not at all impressed with the general standard, felt being watched over, baby in arms being carried round by various members of staff, the barman after carrying the child around and generally fussing and looking after the child returned behind the bar and failed to wash his hands before handling glasses and making up drinks. He also handled various fruits for these drinks barehanded and wiped his hands on his trousers. Totally unacceptable! We were not impressed with the general appearance of the staff, they looked untidy with no form of uniform other than 2 wearing logo-ed 'T' Shirts. Need...

I have not stopped talking about my visit to Zest and meal I had. First of all the place is beautiful inside and out, the staff were brilliant, super friendly and welcoming. Jaz looked after us and she was amazing. I got the sea bass fillet and if I could have licked the plate at the end I would have. This was the best meal that’s ever passed my lips. My word it was INCREDIBLE!! The whole menu looks beautiful and the the rest of my family loved what they ate too. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend!
