Stopped by for a quick breakfast. I had the strawberry banana smoothie, a coffee, and the smoked salmon omelette. My friend went for the English breakfast. The food was okay—nothing extraordinary—but it’s a decent spot for a quick bite with a beautiful view overlooking Praia da Luz.

We paid €42 for the items mentioned, which felt a bit pricey for breakfast, but given the beachfront location, it’s somewhat expected.

The dude serving us had a bee in his bonnet and was being very pedantic about where we sat. We then got our full English but all the food looked 10 years old. I honestly cannot fathom how long the bacon had been sat there for! I didn't eat any of mine as the bacon was so dry and a little mouldy... then they still tried to charge us for the breakfast. Great location, good food and drink, lovely Staff. Always a pleasure to visit. Still my favourite cafe and dog friendly. Everything here is very consistent and the café is very popular with locals and visitors alike. Highly recommended.
