Bar Habana — Restaurant in Lagos

If you miss eating here, it's your own fault! Soul food that makes your palate happy and fills your stomachl. The quality is simply great and the price more than fair. Everything is fresh and prepared with heart and the meat is simply orgasmic. Apart from the very good food, you sit just 5 metres from the beach and can enjoy the good vibe with cool music from the various street musicians (e.g. www.instagram.com/ddixonsound). Another positive point is that children and dogs are no problem at all, great!

My girlfriend and I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire Habanna Bar crew! Your hospitality, your friendliness and your always delicious food put the cherry on top of our holiday. We hope to see you again soon!

Praia da Luz is already a favorite beach to visit, winter surf and summer swim for my wife and I! We live nearby and come here frequently. Summers are busy but winters are wonderful!

Bar Habana is an excellent eatery. The umbrella covered outdoor seating provides beautiful views of the Praia, especially now with the beachside building gone. The food is flavorful and high quality. We had a new daily special, lemon garlic rosemary chicken thigh with fried chickpeas. It was excellent. It also came with mixed fruit. I hope they make it a permanent menu item?

Bar Habana has a prime location overlooking the beautiful Praia da Luz. However, the resyaturant setup seemed designed to maximize capacity, with tables crammed closely together. This unfortunately detracted from the atmosphere and made it feel a bit crowded. The service was also quite slow, which is perhaps typical for a busy tourist spot.
