Didn’t enjoy the coffee

the staff in more than one branch had no respect for us and added "ham" in our order of breakfast plater although we specifically asked for them to remove it from the order. they had no respect for us being a muslim although we clearly told them we didn't want it. they still served it to us on the food. I had to take it off remove everything that touched it just to not waste other food. The person who took my order came to check and saw that we removed it and was laughing at us showing absolute disrespect.

Regarding the coffee .. For a speciality coffee place called Copenhagen more respect should be given to the name.. and more care to the making of coffee.. It was scolding hot which and absolute no and ruins the flavor of the bean.

I would definitely not visit your coffee shop again as there are other coffee shops who were better service and taste wise.

We came across this one after we had lunch the other day across the street and chose to take our coffee rather in the lab instead of the restaurant itself. The place is located in the basement of a house corner and it is unmistakable a Coffee Lab but with its own flair. As it is with all of these places. The walls are filled with some pieces of contemporary art and besides the typical tables there is a cosy corner with upholstered sits to dive deep into a relaxing mood and to enjoy your coffee preparation.
