Farina by Chakall — Restaurant in Lisbon

The worst presentation of pisco sour i have ever seen (tasted horrible too). Did bartender just spit in the glass?!. I have asked the waiter if Pizza goes with fresh mozzarella bufala or done in the oven. She replied it is fresh. - Great, thought I! So..this is what we have got. As an addition to everything- a hair on plate. So overall experience is bad. Would really appreciate thet staff have knowledge of what they serve.

*I don't understand why people are complaining regarding the prices, they are completely fine.

This place is really stunning. I loved the barrio, the interior design setting, the wine selection (they have Donna Fugata, just to mention one canteen) and of course the FOOD. It's REALLY italian, well executed, fresh ingredient and the pizza dought is made properly with a very good flour and you can feel the difference. Onestly this offers is really genuine and high class at the same time because the attention for the ingredients is high and you can feel it at first bite. I tasted cannoli...

Dês de já quero ter em conta que conhecia o antigo estabelecimento e o L'Origine by Chakall. Vim hoje ao restaurante e reparei que o primeiro comentário com que me deparei foi um comentário negativo e achei estranho. Comecei a vascolhar pelos comentários como forma de intertedimento com os comentários negativos a dizer que a comida não estaria no seu melhor. Achei engraçado e avancei com o meu jantar. Não estava a espera do desapontamento com que fiquei. A pizza já não era a mesma. É difícil de explicar o desapontamento mas a massa não estava muito cozida (ou já não é tão fina), a fatia conseguia se manter direita se a pegasse como deve de ser e agora já não é o caso. Tinha tanto azeite que não sentia o molho de tomate e ou a mozarela já não é a mesma ou as proporções não estão no seu melhor. Também pedi um chá frio da casa que parecia um que tinha feito em casa. Nada de espantoso. O espaço em si tem um vibe completamente do que estava a espera, abraçando muito mais o espírito de refeitório. Decoração all over the place mas não da boa forma como se encontrava no outro espaço. Nada de especial. Não é completamente inacessível mas não é a melhor pizza que já fora. Apenas desapontante para quem já experienciou as pizzas do Roberto. PS. O Roberto não se...
