The service was almost as bad as the food. We waited over 20 minutes, and when we finally asked about our order, the waitress went to check and realised it had never been put through. There was no apology—just a casual “there was a system mistake.”

When the food eventually arrived, several items were missing. The waitress asked us to reorder with her, explaining that the person who originally took our order was “just an intern.” We reordered, only to later receive a bill that included both the original items and the ones we had to reorder because they never arrived in the first place.

When we tried to correct the bill, the manager basically accused us of lying and had the audacity to say she “remembers every single plate that arrived” at our table. If everything had arrived, why would we have immediately reordered with the second waitress? The logic was ridiculous. We each had 2-3 tacos each, or course we would remember what we each ate, how would she remember every single item every table had at the place lol

The whole experience was baffling and made it seem like we were trying to scam them over a couple of tacos. Why should we pay for food we never received—especially due to their intern’s mistake? An absolute joke of a dining experience. To the manager, you said its your job to remember every single item that arrived at our table, then wasn’t it your job also to make sure your employees puts in an...

I think this was the worse mexican place I have ever been to, even taco bell has more authenticity.

I was there with my girlfriend, to eat lunch, I ordered an agua chile, being excited after years of eating that, I just got a total disappointment with gummy shrimps and SOY SAUCE!

My girl ordered tacos, which she said she could have gotten better ones in Taco bell, totally pasty tacos.

She paid for 2 Tacos around 6 Euros, I paid for my fake agua chile 13 EUROS!

The night before I passed by the restaurant with a friend of mine, we wanted to order ice cream, as it is being advertised on the window, we waited there and the worker told us to come in, looking at us weirdly, kind of like: What are you doing there? Even though it is being encouraged to order there.

We came inside wanting to order, and he called another staff and she said the restaurant is closed. The guy who worked very obviously there didnt even know anything about the restaurant, what an absolute clown wasting our time. I wanted to give it another shot though, but I got totally disappointed by the...

We visited this spot a few times with different friends and got a variety of the food and drinks on the menu. Certain dishes were perfect, and others we lackluster. The fish tacos are a 5/5, the Gringa is 4/5 (the potatoes are just weird flattened things), the guacamole is not guacamole, it's mashed avocado and cilantro (needs more portions and more love). Love = chopped tomatoes, onions and squeezed lime. The essentials of a good guacamole. The service is good but not great. The staff are super nice and attentive, but they don't really know what's on the menu. I'm asking for a mezcal flight (which is on the menu) and they are all scratching their heads as to what that is and after asking the bar they come back with two mezcales and one tequila with no orange or lime slices, no salt. (Boring mezcal selection).

The atmosphere is great. The space is very well thought out and arranged. However, the music the dj was playing at night is super cringy. Had to go sit outside. Maybe it was the time I was there, but during the day...

I am going to give this place some hard, but necessary feedback. The overall quality was poor. The frijoles were simply taken staright from the can and pureed. No seasoning no onions or refry, dry and pasty. Not remotely what frijoles should taste like or be presented. The Chicarron cripsy pork taco. This really sent me over the edge. I knew the beans were a potential no., but the pork meat was terrible. it's not crispy because it has dried out sitting on the side after being fried to an inch of its life before opening. It was more like unflavored jerky than chicarron. And putting chipotle mayo on everything is to be avoided. Also the cheese? Where was it. I could see the kitchen was working hard, but this is not remotely quality Mexican food unfortunately. I wish it were i had high hopes. Hopefully they can make the move to refine their recipes and put freshness in the forefront.

The location, design and service is great. HOWEVER, the food is really bad. We didn’t like any item we ordered. It’s one of the worst Mexican food we ever tried. It’s really tasteless, chicken was very plain, fish is basic and not tasty. For us the worst was supposed shrimp ceviche which was the worst. Would never called it a ceviche - it’s bad tasting shrimps in soya sauce. Burrito - it’s a joke. Any basic burrito join in North America is like hundred times better than in this place. Anyways, this place has nothing to do with tacos and Mexican food in general. I really sorry for those who liked this place, they must’ve never tried anything tasty in Mexican cuisine which is delicious when cooked properly:)

Barely any decoration besides old writting on the walls; other than that, there is nothing and its just a warehouse with many tables making it almost resemble a canteen (as majority of food and drinks are also served in metal trays and metal cups). Big doors remain open at all times which makes the place get very cold at night. Staff appears to be friendly but communication was very difficult, even in english. As for the food… dont really have anything good to say about it as nothing i tasted could even be labelled as “okay”, it was very disappointing and blend. Tasted the margaritas which are just too strong, heavily filled with tequilla, could not drink even half of the cup.
