Bad experience… bad service

We were sitting 4 people in the beginning we ordered 1 hookah + drinks .. then 4 non smokers friends join us as well they ordered drinks … The waiter and the owner of the place came to our table and they start to complain about you guys are 8 you should order another hookah , stated that it’s the rule of the place…

Well.. how come you force non smoker people to smoke ??

they asked my friend to sit on a small table instead of his chair they were so racist against us the owner is Arab and he refused to speak other languages with us except Portuguese they were making fun talk on our way out of the place the waiter start threatening us that she will call the police if we published the phone record, in addition we didn’t record anything.

Never coming back again. The old management was much better, they were very welcoming and didn't have these ridiculous "rules of the house" that they have now. We were a group of 6 people and we were invited to leave because only 3 of us were going to smoke shisha (the other 3 were going to drink, still giving money to the house. So basically they'd rather lose money and clients than gaining some honest bucks and forming a regular and loyal client base. Just go to one of the many bars and lounges that you have all over the marina, they're better and also have shisha. P.S. they don't even have (slightly) comfortable chairs for every table, so some people will have tall chairs and others will have low ones, you'll all be looking like some random birthday candles that you scavenged in a random drawer for a birthday cake that you had...

Used to be one of my favorite place to go and smoke shisha. Now the stuff is rude, you need to wait minimum 30 minutes and most of all the shisha is like a Russian roulette. You can get a good one or a bad one, and if you take 2 shishas and compare them they will tell you nothing is wrong. In my case my shisha was faulty and there was more air then anything else, I asked the guy to check it and he told me "it needs more charcoal". So in the end we paid for 2 shishas and...
