Roda de Leme — Restaurant in Lisbon

We called ahead as this was our first time in Lisboa. I am fairly fluent n Portuguese as my family migrated to the states. I entered into gps which left me in-front of a building with no indication of restaurants, they were rude saying I speak Portuguese but she didn’t understand me then I asked if they spoke any English she said we speaking Portuguese why no need to speak English, i responded with I’m speaking Portuguese and you don’t want to understand me after she agreed to speak English she instructed us to take the stairs in which a stranger helped us with. Our waiter was slightly rude as well. After our meals which were well portioned. We went up to pay in which the woman kept removing the card before it was able to fully process was giving us a notice of canceling payment she became rude she then tried another machine and did the same thing I asked if they had Apple Pay she said no, I could see the machine was modern and updated so I just went ahead and tried it any way to avoid any further embarrassment and was successful the woman seemed agitated that I was able to sneak in with Apple Pay and complete the transaction. Not sure if it was deliberate or is she needs training but I can not leave a 5 star food was good, mannerisms...

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this Restaurant!

The waitress was lovely, guiding us through the menu with great suggestions of traditional dishes.

The seafood was beautiful and fresh, grilled to perfection, each dish more delicious than the last.

The produce used was so fresh and pricing was very reasonable for the portions provided.
