Riding the Telecabine Lisbon was an experience that truly took my breath away. As I soared over the River, the panoramic views of the Parque das Nações were simply stunning. The gentle hum of the cable car and the serene glide over the water created a moment of peace in the bustling city. It was like seeing Lisbon from a new perspective, one that was calm and unhurried. The highlight for me was the feeling of being suspended in the air, watching the world go by. It's a memory that I'll cherish, not just for the views but for the unique tranquility it offered. Whether you're a local or a tourist, the Telecabine Lisbon is a must-do for an unforgettable experience of the city. It's not just a ride; it's a moment of reflection, high above the river, where Lisbon's beauty unfolds beneath you in all its glory.

The Telecabine de Lisboa is right next to the Oceanarium and you can actually get a combi ticket for 28 Euros, visit the aquarium first and then jump on the cable car. Your ticket will allow you to ride to the other side and come back. That means you can leave the cable car at the other station, walk around, have a coffee or lunch and then come back to the station and ride back to the first station. It’s not a huge sensational experience so do not drive to this part of the city just to take this ride. It’s pleasant but not super high and you get to see just the shoreline. But if you combine this with the oceanarium, then actually that’s quite fun.

We brought the aquarium & cable car combo ticket for €29 & the price included the return ride! We got up from the South station, which was just outside the Aquarium. There was no queue when we got there & the 2 of us got the whole gondola to ourselves. The ride last about 10-12 minutes for each way & we could get off at the otherside if needed. The cable car runs along the Parque das Nacoes, it provides an aerial view of the harbour & the Lisbon's landmark of Vasco de Gama bridge, which we found it breathtaking & picturesque! It's very quiet and peaceful inside the gondola, the weather was super nice, & we had a fantastic time! Highly recommended!
