Matsukawa Sushi & Ramen Bar — Restaurant in Lisbon

When I came here for the first time in January it was empty for lunch on a weekday after inauguration in December 2024. I had the ramen and imediately understood I was probably having the best Ramen in Lisbon and became afraid this restaurant would be lost due to not being in a central area. I came back in June and suddenly it was full of people. Chef Harry goes to our table, everyone greets the costumer, service is personal and food is great. Went there for a third time for my birthday yesterday and tried various sushi dishes and the quality is unreal. Incredibly fresh, the fish is worked masterfully and the options are top notch. This place holds true to all the great reviews it’s received. I’m a sushi connoisseur so I have high expectations when I try a new sushi restaurant. Sadly most places aren’t that good. But Matsukawa’s was amazing! The fish was very fresh and had wonderful flavor. Chef Harry has created an outstanding sushi experience for everyone to enjoy. We had such an amazing lunch there! I don't think we've been to another restaurant in the Lisbon metropolitan that had such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Chef Harry and his personal approach to each client is simply invaluable! The food was so delicious, fresh and sooo tasty!
