Porta 17 — Restaurant in Lisbon

I worked remotely in Lisbon for three months and stumbled across Porta 17 as it was close to my apartment. I can happily say it is one of the best little bars in Lisbon. Authentic, friendly, great prices and a fun atmosphere.

I’d have my morning coffee here and do some work then come for drinks in the evening. They showed all the sports you could ask for (even the rugby!!).

The customer service Wilson and Lima provided was fantastic and the highest standard I experienced in my time in Portugal.

Being from Ireland we are renowned for our customer service and our bars/pubs. The two lads really made it feel like an Irish bar with their hospitality.

Recommend this place for solo travellers/ remote workers and anyone looking for an authentic and local Portuguese bar experience.
