PENTAGON - Specialty coffee / Vegetarian food / Natural wine / Affordable art — Restaurant in Lisbon

My absolutely most favourite café in Lisbon!!!🌞 So cosy and cute, I love all the plants, the art, flower patterns on tablecloths… and old mugs! ☕️ The staff&owners are always super friendly and the playlist makes me wanna stay longer:-) and the foooood! I come back regularly and everytime I try to choose something new from the menu that I haven’t tried before. And everytime I’m amazed! Impossible to choose my favourite dish, I particularly love their Burek or Baba Ganousha toast, as well as the hummus or the soup..🧡 Also! The place is fully vegetarian and they have plenty of vegan options, which is amazing! But even if you are a carnivore, you should definitely visit!:-) I wish I lived closer so I could be there like everyday, hahah! Super recommended and worth the extra walk you might need...

Our walk through the freguesia (parish) of Penha da frança ended at the Cementerio del Alto de São Joãn. A small group of us wanted a place to have coffee. We looked on google maps and found Pentagon. This is a jewel of a place. We were all just blown away by the decor, the food and the lovely King and his crew. All the breads are freshly made, and of course the other stuff is made in the tiny little kitchen. This cafe is like an oasis! Such a nice cafe owners/staff. Lots of drink option from homemode pomegrante lemonade to mate. Delicious vegan/vegatarian options. Atmosphere wise: if you like Habibi Funk you will find yourself vibing with tunes :) The design is also amazing, I walked around 2 km to find a nice-chill cafe to work from and spend a half day at Pentagon!
