Sol Nascente — Restaurant in Lisbon

The lunch menu was reasonable in taste and price. I additionally ordered a cup of sharks fin soup. Having grown up in Asia with food lover parents, I know and very familiar with sharks fin soup. I am not here to talk about the ethics. They are no longer available in most countries, therefore, I was very curious to see what this restaurant would serve. The atmosphere we have experienced is always great, the decoration is a typical one, chinese music too but not too laud, very clean, organized and calm (even when the occupancy is higher). Não gosto de ir a um restaurante chinês sozinho. Normalmente a vantagem de ir acompanhado é poder degustar de vários pratos, como é costume dizer “faz-se uma vaquinha “. Mas, estar na Estrada da Luz à hora de refeição e não ir ao “Sol Nascente” é pecado que nem o Buda perdoa. Fica no quarteirão da loja do cidadão, por isso o estacionamento não é fácil (experimentem debaixo da ponte da av lusíada ), e, na minha modesta opinião, é um dos melhores restaurantes da cidade, dentro do género. Todos os pratos que degustei até hoje , estavam espetaculares , só não vos posso falar das sobremesas pois não consigo chegar até lá, graças à generosidade dos pratos anteriores . Quero notar dois aspetos importantes : o molho de soja está sempre no ponto (ao contrário de outros sítios onde o sal estraga o sabor do molho ) e o molho picante também.
