O bacalhau no ponto, fresco, húmido. Fez o acompanhamento perfeito. Tudo nota 5! Haveremos de voltar.

This place may look unremarkable from the outside, but it’s an absolute must-visit! For a reasonable price (€33), you get to try 5–6 interesting and unique dishes, including dessert. What’s really unusual—and special—is that the chef prepares everything himself and brings it to your table piping hot. It takes a little longer than usual, but it’s absolutely worth the wait! A very cozy place with incredibly delicious food. Also, a great selection of local wines! I want to support a previous review: ignore the overly negative ratings—this place is far too good for anyone to leave with such a bad impression. Highly recommend visiting! I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in Lisbon! P.S. The photo shows an incredibly delicious dessert! Unfortunately, I didn’t take more pictures because I was too caught up in the food and the atmosphere.

I am very sorry to say this was one of the worst experience of my life in a restaurant. Pretentious and a rip-off. We went on a 4th of July, their 5th anniversary - they had a tasting menu that was an insult: barely no food, no taste and not elaborated at all. The potato dish was a joke - see picture, any respected chef should be ashamed to serve this! Each plate took an average of 20min to be served, completely unjustified. Not to mention the place was noisy and the menu written on a board you could not even see - we had to stand up a few times and invade other tables' space. The owner didnt take that well our critique, we wished he would have appreciated the feedback, how else will you improve? We came to the conclusion he is completely delusional. A total waste, do not go!!

In my opinion the best restaurant in Lisbon! I've been here at least 5-6x throughout my trips to Lisbon and the food and the service are always incredible, simple and fresh ingredients put together in the most spectacular ways with so much flavor - the chef here is so talented! After coming two nights in a row for dinner, I already can't wait for my next trip back to this city so I can enjoy another amazing dinner here!

I see so many negative reviews complaining of the prices or charges for water/bread... but this is incredibly common throughout most of Europe - if you don't want to pay for water, bread, olive oil, etc - don't eat or drink any of it. The prices for these are also clearly listed on their chalkboard menu so I'm not sure what the problem is.....

While the cost for some of their dishes is high compared to other nearby restaurants, again the prices are all listed clearly on their menu, and everything always tastes incredible, perfectly seasoned, and I always walk out of this restaurant...

I was walking past this restaurant on the way back to my accommodation and went in to find out what they specialise in. When they told me that they cook Portuguese favourites from the South of Portugal my interest was intrigued. I decided to return later after making a reservation and was warmly welcomed and looked after by David. He was very attentive, warm and gave me his suggestions on what is great on the menu.

The dishes are not large but they don't need to be. The quality of the produce and finesse from the chef's is something that sets this place apart. They are dishes that are meant to be shared but also can be eaten for one person.

I had two dishes one was cod fish with corrainder in a broth it was subtle but extracted lots of flavour. The second dish was pork belly perfectly cooked. If your looking for a great place to eat in Lisbon away from the tourist areas this is one of the these places. Feel blessed to be able to experience this before...

10/10, no notes on the cod. My husband and I had dinner here and the service, food, and ambiance were amazing. The menu is on a chalkboard and the waiter explained every item to us, which was very kind and helpful. The house red wine that he brought was also amazing— dry and fruity, very balanced and easy to drink.

I had the cod with what I think is a type of pesto (?) but could be wrong (sorry in advance if you expect a pesto but I don’t know what it is). However, it was delicious. Cod cooked perfectly, pesto(?) was the perfect flavor bomb to go with it.

Dessert was fig and cream, with a glass of port. The perfect end to the evening.

Service was a great balance between caring and giving space— when we had questions or needed something, the staff were kind, prompt, and attentive. Enjoying our meal and talking to each other— they didn’t interrupt.

Chefs at the pass were incredible to watch, and we really enjoyed our dinner here.

No notes, we...
