Afonso III restaurant — Restaurant in Loulé

I have been there around a month ago. Very disappointed! Me and my sister waited for 1 hour for our food and when I asked the waitress about it she answered back, replying that "everyone else was before us", when that wasn't the case at all! I find her attitude very rude, you don't do that! Maybe she has to find another job!👎👎👎 I used to work as a waitress and I would have been kicked out of work if I would have done that! 👍I think the owner was there too, but he didn't care! Probably just into money making, nothing else! Another waiter came and tried to save the situation! He seemed the only professional there! 0 customer service, apart from the waiter who excused the restaurant ! 🙄👎👎I would never go there again. I am very disappointed in this restaurant, the unrealistic rating of other guests is obvious (+50 and +60) and definitely the "concept" of fish preparation! This is a disaster restaurant with fish from "ice". I come from Germany and I am aware that in my country there is fish from ice and that is why I do not eat it so often but when I come to a country that has an ocean with many different types of fish then I expect "FRESH". I would ask gentlemen and ladies to pay a little attention to what they eat. I visited this restaurant a second time and they were much more welcoming, perhaps because I booked a table this time, and the food was delicious, so I have increased my ratings from previously, but because of the first experience detailed below do not give 5/5.

On arrival I asked for a table outside. I was immediately told by a very grumpy man that there were no tables outside and that he was already having to serve a table that had arrived before opening.
