Fairways Steakhouse — Restaurant in Loulé

Went for dinner here on my own on holiday in Portugal vaulimora. Ordered a steak witch came with potatoes and some veg. Really disappointed. When i Ordered the waitor. (Older Short Man) said would you like some bread while you wait. Normally you would except that to be free. No. It wss not. They charged me for that. No mention of it. Then the steak took forever to come. Had to send back as I asked it to be welldone. Then took even longer to come out. The waitor was very offish. No at all welcoming to myself as a single lady. May be because i was of mixed race or because i was single. Not a party. Spending alot of money. But to be fair as i was watching all the waitresses they didnt seem friendly either. That measley meal ended up costing me €28.00 euro. €10 was for the cheese bread and 7up. A absolute rip off. I just payed €30 euro and left. Dont waste your time. There are plenty of better restaurants at the Marina lower priced and with much better service with a smile. I only wished i had...

This restaurant used to be amazing but has sadly gone downhill. I ordered the mussels as a main and they came out entree size. They were completely tasteless and over cooked. When I asked about the size they said they would bring me another entree size, rather than serve it one go as a main size. If I hadn’t of said anything, my main meal would have consisted of 6 terrible mussels. The sauce was watery and flavorless. When I told the waitress the mussels weren’t very good, she claimed to speak no English, even though she had been joking with us in perfect English only 10 mins before. Really disappointing and explains why the restaurant was mostly empty when we arrived with no booking....

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The waitress put us beside a table of 6 who were clearly drunk, loud and obnoxious. There was plenty of room throughout the restaurant. So the absolute stupidity of this was bewildering. We thought they’d leave soon,but the waitress kept on serving them more alcohol. They had no control over the situation, and not one member of staff asked them to be quiet whilst we were there. The food was below average. we had carpaccio to start which was tasteless, my rib eye was fine,but the chips weren’t cooked, and the veg was poor. Expensive...
