Restaurante Terra à Terra — Restaurant in Lourinhã

We went to this restaurant on a recommendation from a hotel we are staying at, saying that this place would have some vegan options for us.

We were pleasantly surprised that the waitress would accommodate us with vegan options and speak English as well!

I've uploaded some photos of the food we had, and I have to say that each one was a flavorful masterpiece. We could tell that the chefs really liked their work as well because they were also taking photos of their food to upload to their own social medias.

It's always a treat to find a location where the shafts actually enjoy their job.

I hope that everyone there reads this and I hope that they know that we have been all over the world eating great food, and this is a very special place. Keep up...

Terra à Terra: A Delicious Gem in Lourinhã

We recently had a fantastic family lunch at Terra à Terra in Lourinhã. The restaurant's central location made it easy to find, and we were pleased to have the place practically to ourselves.

Our son loved the "hambúrguer no prato com molho à portuguesa," while my husband raved about the prawn tacos and bao. I thoroughly enjoyed the courgette dish (vegan option), especially the flavorful ragu.

The only minor drawback was a slight delay in service, as there was a noticeable gap between our meals. However, this didn't detract from the overall dining experience.

We went here on our first night in Portugal (after leaving a festival) and predicted straight away it would be the best meal we'd have all holiday. We had the sirloin, cod, zucchini, and asparagus, peanut tart and pastel de nata - I can't remember the actual descriptions, but the actual meals were all prepared with a real creative flair and a mix of big flavours and ingredients we weren't expecting to find at such an unassuming restaurant (standouts being the steak and surprisingly, the zucchini) Service was also fantastic and prices were reasonable given the high standard. So good that we came back the next night for a repeat....
