It's a nice and popular place, always busy. But the service is fast, been there twice and never had to wait. The staff is friendly, the food is good but the prices went up since last year. Bitoque is 8,5 euro instead of 7,5, vinho verde is 10 euro per bottle/2,5 euro per glass instead of 7€/2€ a year ago. But the ocean is still free :) The only complaint is the wc - no toilet paper ever. Last year i met a nice couple in their 70s there and they must be the owners, if i'm not mistaking. Their son runs the place. They are from Canada, moved to Praia de Areia Branca for retirement, the man was a seaman and told great stories about his travels. It was a pleasure to meet them...

Food followed and was nothing short of superb.
