The bowls were OK but a bit overpriced, specially when you’re allergic to a fruit and you cannot swap for a “cheaper” option, you have to pay 1€ extra. Actually, the most dismal part of my first experience eating here was the service of the long-haired lady, she was absolutely rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be in the shop at all. I’ve even tried to give her some empathy in the beginning as it seems they were running late to open the shop (10:16am) so my friend and I waited for a couple of minutes until I decided it’ll be a smart idea if we had the menu earlier just to look through the options. Went I approached her “Bom dia! Could we please have a menu just so we can decide while you’re unpacking - we’re a bit indecisive with food 😅🤣”.. the respond was “No. - She will bring it to you when ready.” Since then, she answered very moodily and abruptly with “NO” to every single question I had. It would’ve been a whole different overall experience if it was at least a neutral energy — I’m not even expecting a happy/cheery service - just even neutral/ polite and professional! The other lady with short hair in the pony tail was at least lovely— but mainly it was the other lady whom I had the interaction with. Super...

Unfortunately the last few times I tried to go, they were closed , even though their website said they were within their open hours - definitely a disappointment and a turn off. Not sure what’s going but if you do feel like going there and eventually do get a bowl, you will...
Read moreDelicious pitaya bowl. You have the sea as a scenario and there is a cool vibe. I was just surprised that I was the only one in the place, and my name was shoutted from behind the counter, so I could pick up my food. I could understand if it was fully booked...but just me? I didn't appreciate the gesture. Apart from that, I recommend. All very fresh. One Pitaya bowl with no extra toppings...
