Unfortunately all that could go wrong went wrong. We booked a table for 7.30. Arrived on time and were the only ones there. It took 30 minutes for someone to take our order because in the meantime 2 or 3 other tables arrived and were regulars. So the employees took 10 minutes just chatting with each of the tables.
