As an avid sushi aficionado who has sampled some of the finest offerings from sushi establishments across the globe—from the bustling streets of London to the vibrant locales of the US, France, Germany, and even Lebanon—I am thrilled to declare that Onegai Sushi stands out as the pinnacle of sushi excellence.

Upon entering Onegai Sushi, the atmosphere immediately sets itself apart. It's not merely a meal; it’s a fully immersive experience that caters to all senses. The sushi here transcends the traditional, offering a sublime taste that easily surpasses even the highest-rated sushi bars in major cities. Each piece is a masterful blend of flavor and freshness, so meticulously crafted that it promises to redefine your sushi standards.

Its a shame I only came across this place after the fourth time I visited Ericeira.

The lovely servers of this beautiful establishment really go out of their way to explain the menu as best as they can and to providing a friendly, welcoming enviroment. On top of that, they happen to serve probably the best sushi I have ever tried. Sushi being one of my favourite foods, I actually almost cried a bit at the end of my meal because it was just so good, and I didnt even shed a tear when Bambi's mom got killed.

Amazingly flavourful rice, the freshest fish and more exclusive cuts like otoro/fatty tuna of fish paired really creatively and masterfully balanced. They also serve actual fresh wasabi, which I had never tried, and it was totally worth it. Definitely try the itamae (chef 's selection) sushi menu's. Also the Karaage chicken was insanely delicious. The desserts are all amazing as well.

While being on of the pricier restaurants in the neighborhood, every bite i had was so beautiful that I recommend every sushi lover that is in the area to try Onegai.

I visited Onegai Sushi Bar a few days ago and my experience was mixed. Yes, the interior is stylish, creating an atmosphere for dinner with the family.

Regarding the menu, I was unpleasantly surprised by the quality. Their cooks are clearly not highly professional, as the dish, which was supposed to be boneless, was prepared with them, and as a result, my child choked on it.

The service at Onegai Sushi Bar deserves special mention. The staff is rude, not attentive to the guests and then gives an additional bill for a poorly prepared dish. If this is what you value, Onegai Sushi Bar is a great place to spend the evening.

I do not recommend it to all lovers of Japanese cuisine and good evenings in pleasant company. It is better to choose a restaurant in the city center or a fish restaurant...
