There are vegan options. The area where it's located is a nice one for food and drinks, right near the beach. However, tap water is sold in bottles, rather than proper bottled water, and the homemade lemonade was pretty much a whole lemon into a glass with a dash of water. Some improvement needed.

Edit: while I appreciate the response below, it is also true that by portuguese law this needs to be stated. Even if this was not the case, great customer service would require that the customer is given the opportunity to request something else instead. Ao passarmos por Leça, lembrei me de irmos jantar uma francesinha, quando chegamos estava quase cheio, mas tinha 4 mesas livres. Escolhemos a francesinha de massa folhada e a primeira resposta da empregada foi "não temos massa" ( no menu não constava qualquer informação), questionamos também se a sangria era boa, ficamos sem saber pois a empregada em nada soube esclarecer. Entretanto um casal atrás de nós começou a reclamar pois já estavam á mais de uma hora, UMA HORA, a espera. Resumindo ambos esperamos cerca de 1h30min para poder comer uma francesinha em que não é assim tão saborosa, e quantos as batatas, vem uma dúzia e é daquelas congeladas. Como se não bastasse, no final pedi factura com contribuinte, a reacção do que estava no balcão e da funcionária foi caricata, parecia que tinha acabado de dizer um insulto, ficaram chateados e tive que ir ao balcão para receber a factura. Um lugar para nunca...

Very slow and mixed up orders. The restaurant was with a few people only and the Francesinhas (theirs specialty) took 40 minutes to be served. After 40 minutes, the orders were mixed up. Staff don't pay attention to people sitting calling their attention. Poor quality service....
