Best sushi in Matosinhos in my opinion, although have only tried a couple of other places. Menu was clearly explained with a fixed price for dinner at around €16 for any amount of sushi ordered. This didn't detract from the quality of the preparation, ingredients, or decor. The service was friendly, informative, quick and very accommodating. Drinks we ordered were beer and jasmine tea, the tea provided was authentic loose instead of just a tea-bag. The inside is neat, clean and pleasant. Nice atmosphere with a light Japanese soundtrack playing in the background at a low enough volume to enable ease of conversation. Immediately outside the entrance is a parking lot with excess space. Views from the restaurant are beautiful with the beach and from certain angles including the lighthouse. If you're looking for a great value for money meal, this place is the best...

Here we visited it for the lunch buffet which costs around 12€(dessert included). The quality of sushi is average here compared to other sushi buffets in Porto. The good things about this place is nice stuff, the lady was checking on us frequently to know if everything's alright. It's pretty cozy here as well. As for the food the taste is ok, there are items that taste better than others and they present a good variety of options. But, in my opinion, they serve dishes with minimum of ingredients other than rice and "forget" to bring you some dishes you asked for. I would say it's a great place to visit if you crave sushi when you are in the area of the restaurant, in other case I would not recommend to go here...

At this point, we're already regulars. The sushi is always fresh. Service is always great and friendly. Definitely our favourite sushi spot. you eat really well. They have a slip system, where you write down which sushi you want from the menu using associated number/code. It has happened that they have forgotten a specific sushi you ordered, but they make up for it with speeding services after you simply reorder it. You're never left waiting, buffet as you expect without leaving your seat. Weird fact for a restaurant like this, they literally have the best French...
