Burger King — Restaurant in Matosinhos

This is the most dirty BK I've ever seen. Some days I went there to order something. The toilets are so dirty, full of feces and urine and obviously nobody cleans the toilets and the bathrooms for weeks. The sinks are sometimes sprinkled with dirt and sometimes its floor is super sticky. The soap and toilet paper dispenser are ALWAYS empty. The service is sooo slow for every single time I was there. In one case they took 30+ minutes to give me my food after receiving my SMALL order (cheese nuggets, dipping sauce and ice cream). Why are they working there when they're so slow? Even the manager is slow, too. All in one the staff makes a super bad and lazy impression to me. In another case I could see from in front of the checkpoint how it needed 3 employees (!) to complete our order! Really unpleasant. Next time we will fill out the book...

Fast service with a good staff that lets.you know which promotions are available. This is especially important if you are not from around here as you have not been exposed to the publicity that the company might be running. Service was reasonably fast with no complaints. There are two exterior seating areas, that strike me as completely useless. Absolutely no one uses them. One of the sides of the store overlooks a road and the other one a really ugly parking lot wall. Half of the parking spots are sinking and you almost need a pickup truck to get out. Store seems new, but the parking lot needs to be urgently...
