Lessa was at the top of my restaurants-to-go list for a while and I regret not getting there sooner. It is a really small, intimate space. We sat down at the counter facing the kitchen which gave us an opportunity to chat with Chef André. Everything we ordered (tuna ceviche, croquettes, seafood rice and the ovos rotos) was very tasty, my favourite being the ovos rotos. I have to start by saying that the Rice is just absolutely incredible! I can guarantee you won't find anything like it anywhere. There are so many interesting and complex flavours that it guest hard to describe!
The menu changes every 4 months but the focus will still be the rices, so It is 100% worth giving it a try.
The mackerel tatar was also very good!
