O Dunas Mil — Restaurant in Odemira

We couldn’t even get Water!!!!😡 The 1-Star is for the views, the location and the kind couple sitting next to us.

We were seated for 10 minutes without a menu, water or acknowledgement of any kind.. a party of six were seated AFTER US provided with menus and WATER as we waited and even flagged down the server for acknowledgement… the kid serving the other party SAW us gave us a look and proceeded to clear the other table.. FINALLY we were provided with a menu, and WAITED again to order drinks.. WE LEFT.

This was during lunch, it WAS NOT BUSY… the outside was half empty as was the inside. I counted at least 4 people standing behind the counter near the back of the restaurant not including the young girl busing tables..

We were first in the restaurant at 7pm, followed by 2 other tourist couples. But after waiting for over an hour 2 tables were brought completely the wrong orders. Not brought to the wrong table, but different dishes than the 4 people ordered! How is that possible with only 3 tables in the restaurant? Lots of tears & excuses offered. Instead of another long wait, we did eat the wrong order--a bland lobster & clam stew, but with hardly any lobster meat meant to be €58. Sadly it was seafood flavoured rice soup, and they...

A pior marisqueira que estive. Serviço ok, comida 100% sem sabor. O meu namorado é alérgico a marisco e acompanhou para que eu não acabasse as ferias sem ir uma marisqueira, pediu carne de porco com migas. As expectativas eram baixas para este prato, sendo que acreditávamos Que o marisco era o forte deles. As migas foram as piores que experimentámos na vida. Experimentei para ver se era exagero e, de facto era apenas água com pão e coentros, sem sabor algum. A minha açorda de marisco estava exactamente igual, sem sabor. Não percebo como é que conseguiram fazer um prato de marisco que nem a marisco sabe. A única coisa que se safou foram as ostras, que a meu ver, pareciam frescas.Pagámos a conta, mas da carne apenas foi comida uma garfada e da açorda não passei das 4 garfadas. Péssimo. Para não dizer que se esqueçam de trazer 2 imperiais que tínhamos pedido, assim como das azeitonas. Contudo, o serviço, ainda assim conseguiu ser a única coisa que se aproveitou (o rapaz que nos serviu foi excepcional e até quando estávamos a sair, perguntou se havia algum problema).
