The food is nice, and both a la carte and buffet (2 options) were offered. Fusion sushi and Brazilian style not so much of traditional but lots of variety and they make sure to serve good quality fish and the preparation is on point. The attendances Millene and Danilo were super lovely, making sure that we had everything we needed and fast (we could notice they're attentive to the clients). During the buffet, the food came quite quickly, so good bonus point for the kitchen. Unfortunately, didn't get their names, but the service was also 5 star.

De evitar!! Sou cliente habitual do rao de Alcântara e dos olivais (parque nas nações) e este é muito mas muito mau.

O peixe é da mesma qualidade mas o sashimi não são fatias, são postas.. O arroz desfaz-se, e os harumaki são semelhantes aos das outras unidades mas piores.

O tempo de espera (apenas uma outra mesa ocupada e pouco ou nada pediram) e alguns pedidos de take away mas poucos, é disparatado, 40m à espera de 6 gunkans e só para quando chegarem a pessoas que atendeu dizer que não estavam a aceitar mais pedidos mais porque a cozinha já ia fechar.

O atendimento também é péssimo, fiquei com a ideia que me estavam a fazer um favor e não que sou um cliente.

Felizmente conheço os outros e continuarei a ser cliente, apenas não deste…

Face à resposta do estabelecimento infra: se de facto pretendem melhorar a qualidade do serviço e comida, foque-se nas críticas que efetuei supra sobre as peças de sashimi não terem um bom corte, na consistência do arroz, ou até na rapidez da confecção (sim, 40m é exagerado, o pedido de gunkans foi às 13:50 e foram servidos às 14:30). Mas se medem a vossa qualidade por "alguns clientes não tem a mesma impressão" pouco...
