A long waiting line outside a restaurant could mean it's a tiktok hype, a really good restaurant or there are just a few restaurants open. Can't imagine why it could be a tiktok hype as it's nothing but a typical Italian restaurant aiming for tourists. It can't possibly be run by real Italians as they have pizza hawai on the menu. A deadly sin. That being said, the pizzas were quite good, but the pastas were quite disappointing. Especially the pasta itself was overcooked so not 'al dente' unfortunately. Furthermore, don't order bread, even though it's very cheap. It's a fine touristic Italian restaurant, but don't expect more if you are a fan of true Italian restaurants. Ordering pizza will be the best thing to do, as their pizza's are quite good. What's really disappointing and a big reason for 3 stars is the fact that you can only pay by cash. Unbelievably outdated in 2023. After being rightly corrected by the team I've made it 4 stars instead of 3 as they choose what their customers want in a touristic area. Which makes sense. Same for my al dente comment, I'll make sure to ask next time in a touristic Italian restaurant! The only disagreement we still seem to have is the fact that you can't pay by card. Did not mention this to be a crime, just mentioned it's an outdated concept to only accept cash. If there's a good reason to do so, please share this. But you aim to listen to your guests preferences for your strategy (hence the pizza hawaii and long cooked pasta) so please don't ignore your guests preference not to go to...

We had a large pizza:half vegetarian, half 4 formaggi. The dough was dry, the quality of the cheese low and the veggies, although fresh, were undercooked.
Italian traditional food is very simple. The flavors are always distinct. It is about bringing out the best from every product. Usually no more than four or five ingredients are needed, plus salt and pepper. The veggie pizza has 8 veggies! And corn?!?
Honestly I think this is a fake: abusive number of ingredients, Hawaii pizza (!!!) on the menu (pineapple and prosciutto is a sacrilege in Italy) not to mention that the staff doesn’t know where from Italy the owner is...
Lastly, you can only pay cash.. no card...

The only thing missing from this experience was Gordon Ramsay screaming in desperation as he storms out of the restaurant's kitchen. Pizza tasted like the Dr. Oetker frozen pizza. The famous "Boccone salad" was made with iceberg salad, sour and watery tomatoes, canned tuna, olives from the supermarket, overcooked eggs, cucumber (tasted moldy) and carrots... 9 euro for one pizza and 6.50 for the salad. The owner insisted in talking to us in a language he assumed was italian and had a very distinct odor that didn't help the overall dining experience. Positives? Fries were as expected. Fried. Staff...
