Provisório — Restaurant in Ponta Delgada

We came to the restaurant as a larger group and had to wait almost two hours for our food, without anyone informing us beforehand. In the meantime, we only got the first round of drinks, but nobody ever came back to ask if we wanted more – the service was completely absent.

When the food finally arrived, the dishes came out at different times, so nobody could eat together. I had ordered a mixed salad, which never arrived. After almost two hours, the waitress came over in a very unfriendly manner, asking “who ordered the mixed salad,” only to then tell me they didn’t have it. The way she said it made it feel like I had done something wrong, which was very inappropriate.

In the end, I left the restaurant without food, having only ordered a Coke and a beer. I have honestly never experienced such unfriendly staff before. Unfortunately, this left a very negative...

Good food and a nice view of the water. Be cautious if you have a gluten allergy or food restrictions. I have celiacs and the menu is marked with gluten free symbols. The items that had “gluten free” were a little suspicious to me because one had bread clearly listed. I asked the waiter, he confirmed it’s gluten free. I thought the bread would be substituted out. However when they brought it out it was just regular bread. Told him I couldn’t eat it because I’m allergic, he brought it back to the kitchen and then brought it out again without the bread on the plate. I could still clearly see the crumbs on the plate. Ok so I don't want to give a bad review but the a shift which I will say is the crew that worked until 5 was much better between the chef and bartender and waitress was really good but when we went back at 7 the whole restaurant changed chef bartender and waitress and it definitely was different the drinks were bad the wings were bad and different flavor and the tuna wraps were more like a salad wrap I literally tasted 2 bites of tuna...
