Way better than McDonnald's on the other side of road. Even prices are really competetive if you take size and quality account. Taste of burger remainded me Burger King fabricated arome. S55 Spicy Cheese Burger was really great for 1,50€ price and filled around same than double cheese from McDonnald's. The taste was much better. It was only little bit spicy. Even children didn't complain about spicyness. Self service kiosks did not accept contactless payment and if you have forgotten your PIN you need to go to the counter. Burger Ranch is definitely the best fast food place around. A good range of choices including burgers, hot dogs, toasties and wraps. Refillable drinks. The kids love Burger Ranch because of the toys that come with the children's meal. This past week, while on holiday, they got plastic animals, bubles, a boomerang and a sand crocodile mould. Poor service by staff. They don't care about the time or respect of another person. Very very poor behaviour. I requested the restaurant owner please change the staff or give them training on how to deal with customers. They insist on implementing their own rules. Bull shit behaviour and poor service by staff. Special in afternoon workers they are too much disrespected with us. If it is possible to give less ratings I will give -5.
