I recently visited the Häagen-Dazs shop and had an exceptional experience, thanks to Eduarda. Her service was outstanding from start to finish.

Eduarda greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly patient as I took my time deciding on my order. She offered insightful recommendations based on my preferences, demonstrating her deep knowledge of the menu.

Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a perfect experience were evident. The presentation of my dessert was impeccable, and it tasted even better than it looked.

Eduarda’s professionalism and friendly demeanor significantly enhanced my visit. She truly went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning, thanks to the wonderful experience she provided.

My ice cream was melting faaaast... Non-stop And 2 scoops cost €6,30 Tonight I was very disappointed... I hope that I can get my invoice issued with my foreigner tax Id # I guess that if the store does not have quality to operate, i.e. the ice cream melts, it has to close, or at a minimum advise the customers of the condition of the product. Meanwhile I am being told that they cannot issue my invoice since the employee collected payment, and now is "impossible" to issue the right one I continue to wait for my invoice... After a while, I am being told that they'll look for the ticket that they kept, cancel the sale and do a new one Very disappointed today

Amazing experience at Haagen-Dazs! The ice cream, as always, was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious — especially the Belgian Chocolate and Matcha Green Tea.

What really made my visit special was the service from Milan Fortes. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely friendly and professional — she truly made my day!
