I try not to give negative reviews, but this place definetely deserves it. I would give negative to the staff if possible. Mediocre food, overpriced.

The staff is very unhappy and moody from the start to have you there. I told them I would like to have a table to smoke, and their OWN staff gave me the ashtray to smoke in one of tables outside. Later on, they come to me to say I'm not allowed there to smoke. There's nothing wrong with a kind warning, I would say sorry and never smoke there again. But no, why would they even need to care about kindness, they choose to say it aggresively. I was confused because they gave me the table and the ashtray. The waiter shouted me while walking away from our table that "he know that I was given the table and ashtray by the staff but I'm not allowed".

I’ve been here before and had a wonderful experience. However, my recent experience was really disheartening. One of the employees refused to speak to me in Portuguese (I’m still learning and live in PT) and told me I’ll never learn and refused to speak to me and “would speak only with the gentleman” (my friend). I’ve never had this experience living in PT for 4 years and it sadly put a damper on my experience here and made me very uncomfortable as a woman. Lovely setting. Very disappointing meal. Although very tasty? The carbonara cannot have had more than 1 strip of bacon cut up into it. The chicken piri piri actually looked lovely when it arrived. The coating was tasty but all my husband had was a pile of tiny chicken wings with practically no meat on at all. A neighbouring table also had chicken piri piri which looked much better and consisted of wings, chicken pieces and chicken chunks. 8 cannot believe the restaurant manager actually let the meal out of the kitchen.
