Restaurant Le Manahau — Restaurant in Portimão

We had a reservation and arrived on time. There was no staff to be found, so finally I walked back to the kitchen and found a very pleasant woman who explained that she was the only one in the kitchen, but she would help us soon. We decided to sit outside and noticed that the table was very dusty and requested that someone wipe it down. She said that the girl would be out shortly and would do that. When the girl came out she put out placemats and gave us menus, then explained they were out of several items. As we were trying to find something on the menu to eat we requested a bottle of white wine. She said they were out of that too.
