Catraio Craft Beer Shop & Bar — Restaurant in Porto

I love this place, but only discovered just low that my review was not posted because I mentioned Google maps. Pfffft. Anyway, I didn’t discover it until it was too late to us experience it during the daytime, which would have been nice given the lovely rooftop beer garden, but at least I found it. I’ll have to come back. All of the beers I had here (two Eastern European hazy IPAs and a Portuguese barrel-aged imperial stout) were fantastic. I love how sneakily large this place is! 🤩 Downstairs, as you walk in, there is a normal bar and seating area, then upstairs it opens up into a deck area, and finally a large beer garden. This is a great place to go with groups of people, friends and family. They had around 15 beers on tap in many styles. I had the India Pale Ale and Helles style Lager. Both very nice. This is a cool bar serving a really good range of craft beer which change regularly. You can sit inside downstairs or there's a couple of tables on the street and an outdoor area upstairs with another bar. Out the back there's a street food style grill serving really good burgers and other dishes, you order upstairs then they bring it to your table. It does get very busy, but for good reason.
