We went to "Na muche" for dinner, we had such a great time there, we laugh and have a nice talk, but also because the good environment helped you to feel as at home. The people in there were having a nice time, too.
The waiters were very nice even though they had a hard day job, they could manage it. And that is something that not all waiters can do.
The Francesinha was really tasty, not too spicy, and my partner had Vegeterian Pasta, which was lovely as well, I know because I ate from his dish ( of course) 🤣. Francesinha is a Portuguese recipe but French inspired. And it's really good, you have to try the whole portion per person, please, don't be afraid 😋 We paired this with the local beer SuperBock. We asked for a "Fino" which means the small glass, but if you want the biggest, then you say "caneca"🙂👌🏻
The price for the Francesinha was 12.5€ not really cheap, but it worth it. And the Pasta was 9€. Nice price. I had to add salt and pepper but it was good. Well, I have to mention that this is not because the kitchen is doing good, it's a cultural reason, Portuguese people don't use much salt usually. Which is good because then it's up to you.
We arrived at 22pm and we had a table, which was amazing, because most of the other restaurants were closed. So it's very nice to have such a good option open at this time. 😍
It's located in the center of Porto where all the bars and best restaurants are located, very close to everything. That means that you finish dinner and then you can go to the best bars to have some drinks.
We are enjoying the city...
Read moreI wish I had read the one star review before getting food here.
Such a disappointment. Worst food we all have had in years.
Took the order to go:
clams were spicy (did not say this on the menu; huge disappointment to kids that cannot eat spicy but love clams); some herb in there, not seasoned further garlic shrimp were the only thing that was ok if they had added some spices besides garlic and parsley (salt? Pepper?…) again not seasoned, only olive oil and garlic fries were soggy Bacalhau was ok-ish, again not seasoned steak was BLUE like noted here before, husband went back to complain; they apologized and fried again, he took it back and completely raw still; ended up cooking it ourselves in our rented apartment until I could eat it … but again NOT seasoned
Half of our party opted to eat toast with butter instead of this food. That says it all.
If you like unseasoned bland food, this is your restaurant. Too bad, reviews were good and we were...
Read moreWe had lunch here 3 days ago. It was my first time eating here and our experience was good. I recommend you to visit this restaurant when you are in the Cedofeita area in Porto. They have economic food called prato do dia costs 6,50 euros and 10,50 euros if you add it with dessert or drink and soup for lunch.
Pros Entrance accessible for wheelchairs. We had grilled chicken with mushrooms sauce and it was delicious. The plate came with rice and salad. The portion is enough for a happy tummy. We ordered the drink separately. The staff is super attentive and nice. They have indoor and outdoor seatings. Free wifi accessible inside the restaurant. The restaurant is quite big and clean. It is perfect for solo eating or group. They accept payment in...
