In the middle of the praça is a WWI monument. This honours the history of the those who died in the war.

The handicrafts and artisanal products market was not open on the Tuesday in September around 1.45pm when we were passing through.

You can go to a bar or restaurant nearby.

Not a lot of tourists stop here as it's not worth going out of your way for.

The square is located in the Cedofeita area. You need to walk more left to catch this place from Aliados. I stopped to take the pictures of the flower's blossom. It is super beautiful. There are some benches to sit and enjoy the sun. The square has a local market open on the weekends. Mostly they sell art decorations. You can visit this square for free and...

Piazza da visitare. Ampia, luogo centrico nel bel mezzo della vita della cittá, il sabato prende vita un mercato di vari prodotti artigianali. Al centro la statua in onore di Carlos Albero Piazza, che si era trasferito a Porto dopo essere stato detronizzato da re di Piemonte e Sardegna. Vi è poi un monumento ai caduti della prima guerra mondiale progettato da Henrique Moreira.
