We came here with family because we were craving Peruvian food, and wow, Inti blew us away. This is hands down the best Peruvian restaurant I’ve ever been to, and I’m Peruvian! It’s rare to find authentic flavors abroad, but this place nailed it.
Every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The portions are big, we shared everything family style and still had leftovers.
Our server, Don Alberto, was incredible, funny, kind, and made us feel right at home. We even got to meet the owner and chef, Michael. You can tell he cooks with passion. Hearing him talk about his recipes and seeing how much pride he takes in his craft made the experience even more special.
They’re closed on Mondays, but open Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Sundays from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. That’s a huge plus because most restaurants in Europe close in the middle of the day, and it’s hard to find food. They’re also available on Uber Eats and Bolt.
It’s only about a 6 minute Uber ride from the city center and worth every minute. They even have vegan options.
If you’re in Porto and craving real Peruvian food, come to Inti. You’ll leave full, happy, and proud to have found a piece of Peru in Portugal.
We also have vegan friends, and we were delighted to see that Inti offers real vegan options on the menu. They have dishes like Quinotto de cogumelos, Quinotto de seitan, Causa limeña de cogumelos, and even a Ceviche de cogumelos e abacate that brings all the authentic Peruvian flavor in a completely plant-based way. Now we can finally invite our vegan friends to join us and enjoy a true taste of home-cooked...

This Peruvian spot in Porto isn’t fancy—and that’s exactly what makes it feel so genuine. The focus here is clearly on flavour, not formality. The food is deeply authentic and absolutely delicious.
We tried the leche de tigre, ceviche ají amarillo, causa with octopus, and their homemade fettuccine with meat, which had a rich, smoky flavour that stood out. Every dish was well-executed and full of character—comforting and bold at the same time.
Drinks were also on point: the pisco sour was properly done, and the beers were cold and well-selected. Service was another strong suit—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about Peruvian cuisine. The staff were happy to explain ingredients and offer recommendations without being overbearing.
It’s not a high-end restaurant, but it delivers in all the ways that count: flavour, warmth, and authenticity. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving real Peruvian...
Read moreI am Peruvian, and I hadn't visited my country in over 15 years. Eating at Inti brings back memories of my childhood, but even better! I haven't eaten red meat for over five years due to my commitment to animal welfare. Inti offers a wide array of vegetarian options, all imbued with the incredible flavors of Peruvian cuisine, which I believe is the best! From the ceviche and causa to the seitan anticuchos and yuca frita, every dish is simply delicious. The Pisco Sour is exceptional, and the suspiro limeño is delightful! Additionally, the owners of this new restaurant are incredibly friendly and genuinely appreciate customer feedback. They make everyone feel as welcome as if they were in their own home.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to experience Peruvian cuisine. Whether you're new to it or already a fan, just go and savor our...
