This is one of the worst cafes I have ever visited. There was no sign of management. The English breakfast was out of tins! Tinned sausages, tinned mushrooms, bacon was foul. Now that is the good part. We waited 30 minutes to be served. Then waited 30 minutes to get the food. We asked for butter for the cold toast 3 times. It never arrived. We ordered orange juice. It never arrived. Even though we reminded them 3 times. Then they tried to charge us for the juice. I wanted to complain to the manager. Real Doce Porto is a true gem! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing break. They do offer a small printed menu of suggestions but not a full readable menu. Prices are posted but they are behind the counter and very small/hard to read. The place was clean and had nicer than standard restrooms but they are downstairs if you have accessibility concerns. It was quite a bit more expensive than the smaller traditional cafeterias or pastelarias and the food at either would have been...
