Super Kabab Porto is a fantastic spot for delicious Middle Eastern food with generous portions and great value. I recently tried their grilled chicken and duram, and both were excellent. The grilled chicken was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of smokiness from the grill. The staff was also amazing and price was reasonable....

Fui a este restaurante no dia da abertura, com boas expectativas. Infelizmente, tive uma das piores experiências que já vivi num estabelecimento.

Esqueci os meus AirPods em cima da mesa e, minutos depois, quando voltei para os buscar, já não estavam no local. Graças à funcionalidade de localização, consegui encontrá-los — dentro da mochila de uma funcionária do restaurante. Um comportamento absolutamente vergonhoso.

Isto aconteceu no primeiro dia de funcionamento, o que diz muito sobre a seriedade (ou falta dela) da equipa. Em vez de guardarem um objeto esquecido por um cliente, tentaram apropriar-se dele.

Felizmente consegui recuperar os meus AirPods graças à funcionalidade de localização mas esta experiência foi totalmente inaceitável. Nunca mais volto e não recomendo a ninguém. Honestidade e respeito pelo cliente são o mínimo — e aqui, falharam...
