It is a great place, I was there on one special occasion for myself and my family. The staff is really friendly, helpful and kind. Have a lovely and incredible Brazilian food, including now my husband loves this place for one item specifically, "Pão de queijo," before I was buying or trying to get this in the groceries store, but now after in his words "Este não é tão bom como o do Mineiro!"( This isn't so good like the Mineiro!) 😅. Was a lovely time for food, the place is very clean, the variety of dishes is lovely, but I have only one complaint about it, I don't find "brigadeiro" in this day to have like a dessert or some special ice cream flavours like sweet corn, doce de leite(caramel) or juices like Brazilian lemonade, pineapple with mint. So if you are a Brazilian and miss some Brazilian food or drinks, go there, you will not regret it, and definitely like me and my husband will be back for others' times to have a lovely meal. And if you're vegetarian, have dishes lovely there the same way, barbecue too, and some table with charcuterie and cheese for your meal including. Thank you so much, Mineiro, for making that meal so special...
Read moreVery disappointed! Don't recommend at all! First the waiters are very rude and they speak constantly loud to each other, shouting across the rooms. Even almost empty you can't relax in this ambient or talk to your company. Wouldn't recommend it to any couple. Brazilian food is one of the most delicious, but here is unfortunately not represented at all. The looks is idious, you loose your appetite when you get to the buffet counter. The same tray used for pork, chicken, beef. Everything, even salads smells like fett. The fish, beef and sausages were definitely burned. And the taste couldn't be worse: everything greasy. We couldn't chew the meat, so dry it was. So we asked if we could have a more medium rare, but the waiter just ignored us, went away and never returned. He was walking by pretending he was busy even when the restaurant empty! The richness of brazilian spices it's not even in the traditional black beans, the national dish. I admit it's cheap, but I guarantee...
Read moreRestaurant Mineiro was a complete disappointment from start to finish. The staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t want to be there. We were barely acknowledged on arrival, and when we asked basic questions about the buffet options, we were met with eye-rolls and vague, unhelpful answers.
The buffet itself was a disaster. Several trays were nearly empty and weren’t being refilled. The food that was available looked like it had been sitting out for hours—dry, crusty, and barely warm. The worst part? The chicken was undercooked—actually raw in the center. I showed it to a staff member, and they just shrugged like it was normal. That’s a serious health risk.
Salads were wilted, desserts were stale, and the utensils looked like they hadn’t been properly washed. Tables weren’t being cleaned between guests. Even the plates had food residue on them. It felt like nobody cared.
This place is not only unprofessional, it's downright unsafe. I wouldn't eat here again if...
