Confeitaria d'Arrábida — Restaurant in Setúbal

Called into the shop/cafe today unfortunately I don’t speak Portuguese staff quickly swapped who they were serving so a lady could share her expert knowledge and experience with us. After much deliberation and giggles we made our choice of 5cakes to try. Seems a little excessive but I no longer drink so this was my calorific treat for few days. WHO EVEN NEEDS DRINK ? Cakes coffee helpful smiling staff all to die for. A truly amazing experience I will cherish for ever. Many thanks to you all it was a truly unforgettable indulgence ;)) Nipped to WC on way out so clean I would have happily eaten those cakes there. BRAVO GIVE YOURSELVES A PAT...

This is one of the finest 'patisserie' in Setubal. The service is fast and efficient, mostly. The prices are reasonable. The cakes and cookies served are 'homemade', and done with passion. Great selection of traditional portuguese pastries. But it took us literally 1h to get what we wanted. The food was great though.
