Happy Talk — Restaurant in Silves

Ordered to delivery a while ago and wasn't very impressed with the taste and quality of the food. My suggestion is that they concentrate enhancing the freshness (relies too much on ready made sugary sauces?) and quality of the food, which doesn't handle delivery well. Authenticity could also be reassessed. The Portuguese food culture has evolve into being more informed on the original flavours of asian/chinese food and is now more demanding than what used to be acceptable in the 90s. Nevertheless, the food looks fairly decent looking recomposed on my bowl of rice.

3 of us ate here on the 11th October and we had brilliant food and service. We chose no starters just 3 mains , crispy duck, crispy chicken and sweet and sour pork, all delicious and coming to the table in less than 10 minutes from ordering . Forgot to mention how good the chicken fried rice and singapore noodles were. Great value for money too. We arrived in the Algarve on Christmas day and were in dire need of sustenance. These kind people were the only ones still open for takeaway which saved our night. Were it not for their help we would have had to dine on bananas and ontbijtkoek, a far less ideal Christmas dinner. Their food was great! And the owner kept us company while we waited, talking about all the corona woes that have hit the restaurant business. 10/10...
