Was in town last weekend and decided to opt for this local indian. A little sceptical as it was not listed on Tripadvisor but I later learned this was due to the fact that the business is fairly new. We started off with the chicken tikka, fish pakora and veg samosas. Samosas were tasty and fresh and the fish pakora were probably the best I've had. The chicken tikka looked tasty but as I'm vegetarian I can't comment but the mrs said they were fresh, tasty and a generous portion. All generous portions, all cooked fresh and I have the say, my daal, palak paneer, naan and roti were excellent. So good in fact, we thought it worth talking to the owners (Mr & Mrs Patel). We usually don't but as we loved the food so much, we ordered dessert (homemade carrot halwa), masala tea and more drinks. Overall, great authentic food and thoroughly genuine family. Will definitely return when we're in or around the town again. TY for a great meal and best wishes to the...

Waiting for food is no problem, but 40 minutes for a drink is too much.
The food was good however. Lamb was really delicious. We had a children’s lamb korma, two lamb saag and I had lamb madras. The saag was lovely my madras I think was a tikka.
So in summary I wouldn’t go again but maybe they had a bad night because all the other...
