DONT GO HERE DURING THE SUMMER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BECOME ONE BIG MOSQUITO BITE!!
Location is great, service is great and the food is a nice change of pace from most restaurants in the country.
But… I knew something was wrong as we approached the restaurant. Over 50 bug repellent candles lit all over the restaurant and that should have been a warning. As the sun began to set I noticed one, then two, then SWARMS OF MOSQUITOS. looking up at the light above our table I saw no less than 200 MOSQUITOES ABOVE OUR TABLE. Quickly, my party moved inside where we thought we would be safe. But again, first one, then two mosquitos and again I looked up to again find over 100 MOSQUITOS ABOVE THE TABLE (INSIDE THE RESTAURANT) . that was it, without finishing our main courses or getting desert, we quickly payed the check and SPRINTED OUT OF THAT INFESTED DUNGEON.
My heart goes out to staff which were so great and have to deal with this every night. They deserve better! The owners need to do something about this! Bug nets, bug zappers, something !!!
I would love to come back here if they can get the mosquito problem under control but as of now,

Not to mention that before being given the menu we got asked about our water choice, which we were upset when we opened the menu after that and found out the water was the price of a drink at any other establishment. Upon reaching our conclusion I asked for the bill (for the water) so we could leave and the waitresses manor changed immediately from inviting to a cold scowl....

The other benefit is that they provide small tapas like meals that you can share. This is great as o don’t like a heavy meal. We had the pita bread with dips, delicious crispy calamari and the goats cheese pasties. There is a lot to choose from and the main dishes looked wonderful.
The staff was courteous, attentive and friendly.
Lots of wine to choose from although we had a mocktail mojito as it was a working day.
The only thing I would say is non-alcoholic wine would have been nice.
All in all a very pleasant experience. We...
