Pizzaria Da Vila — Restaurant in Silves

Only reviewing due to extreme food poisoning. My family and I visited here Sunday 24th August 2025. Reasonably priced, fair level of service in a prime location. Sadly I contracted Campylobacter, C. jejuni from the meat eaten in this restaurant and have been very poorly since, leading to hospitalisation and medication. Earlier today I emailed Andre, using the contact email from the restaurants website. I informed him of the situation and politely asked for a refund, the two sentence response I received is best described as nothing but appalling. Worst food i have ever eaten in a restaurant. Don't go there especially tourists. We had pizzas and burgers everything disgusting. We felt sick afterwards and the burger had taste of fish oil. We really dont want to know whats going on in the kitchen....

The pizza had a very specific taste but not in a good way. The pie must have been frozen before.

On top of that we have been waiting to be served super long while we watching waiters chatting behind the counter for like 25 mins.
