Pier Santa Maria — Restaurant in Tavira

This is my first year attending Pier Santa Maria, I’ve only been here two weeks and I already feel that I am part of the establishment, they are so welcoming. The bartenders and staff, Stefan, Dipes and Alex are wonderful people and I enjoy any of my interactions with them. I haven’t even reviewed a place before, but I feel this pub is worthwhile. If you are Irish, English, Portuguese, or from any other location in the world, this is the place to come for a calm and happy atmosphere. They offer a huge range of drinks, from many types of gins, cocktails, beers (including Guinness), whiskey, brandy, wine, port, ales, and cider, that will satisfy your taste. They work very hard and late, providing an excellent set of music every night from all genres and walks of life. Alex and Gabby would be at home in any bar, they seriously know their stuff, alcohol selection second to none. Just ask for a recommendation and you are sure to enjoy it. I would say the service, choice and atmosphere are out of this world

Best bar in Cabanas!

One of the best I have visited in the world in my opinion. All aspects combined the quality of the alcohol, the care your drink is prepared with, the warm hospitable staff and the great atmosphere all gel together so well.

Es gibt viele nette Bars in Cabanas, aber meine Liebligsbar ist, seit ich vor fast 2 Jahren hier angekommen bin, eindeutig Irish Pup Pier Santa Maria:-))). An der Av. Ria Formosa mit Blick auf die Ria gelegen, ausgestattet mit liebevollst zusammengestelltem, super gemütlichem Ambiente, wird dort jedes Getränk serviert, das der Gaumen begehrt, angefangen vom Erfrischungsgetränk über ausgezeichnete Weine aus der Region, mehreren Biersorten - das obligatorische Guiness fehlt natürlich nicht - über edelsten Whiskey und Gin bis hin zu den ausgefallendsten Cocktails. Das Ganze wird serviert von reizenden Barkeepern, immer freundlich, aufmerksam, allzeit ein persönliches Wort und Späße zur Hand und blitzschnell, selbst bei gefüllter Bar. Unbedingt zu erwähnen sind auch die liebenswerten Gäste aus allen Altersklassen und Ländern. Hier trifft man Menschen aus fast ganz Europa und gewinnt Freunde auch aus Nord- und Südamerika bis hin nach Australien. Soviel Internationalität auf so kleinem Raum habe ich noch nie erlebt.
