We visited on Sunday 14/9/25. We sat outside and It looked good. There was a cat walking between the tables. We were seated on the side with a kind of an elevated wall beside us. The cat climbed the wall and tried to reach for the food on our plates. My wife pushed the cat away with her handbag and was bitten in the arm. As it was bleeding and painly she went to the waiters for assistance. There was no first-aid kit, she had to do with a handkerchief. We complained about the cat in the restaurant, but the waiters told us it was a stray cat that came there regularly. And that some customers liked it and some not. We told them a cat in a restaurant was not to be tolerated, that they were responsible for removing the cat, but the did not agree. We paid and left the premise. Next day my wife went to the hospital and got antibiotica...

What a shame , been coming here for the past 15 years and never have we had to leave before eating . After waiting for over an hour for starters we decided to leave. Three members of staff in the kitchen & three on the floor but total disorganisation. The young man who took our order was then called to run the bar & we were then just left unattended, tried to order another drink but told to wait as they weren’t are waiter. The place is so unhygienic now the waiter cleaning the tables was coughing over them then just wiping the crumbs onto the floor, the place needs a serious health inspection. Ora bem… chegámos (um grupo de oito pessoas) ao restaurante pelas 21.45h. O espaço é agradável, com música ao vivo, um pouco alta demais. Fomos atendidos pelo dono, que logo desde início nos pressionou a fazer a escolha do pedido, dizendo que a cozinha fechava às 22h. Pedimos depois as bebidas, que nunca chegaram a aparecer, apenas quando relembrámos os empregados do pedido. O courvet, nos restaurantes normais, pelo menos os que conheço, levam-no para a mesa ou pelo menos questionam se o queremos, que não aconteceu. Quando fizemos o pedido das imperiais disseram-nos que era mais rápido se as fossemos nós buscar ao balcão… Pedimos como prato principal um bife à portuguesa e sete nacos na pedra. Ficámos ansiosamente à espera durante 1.15h. Das entregas feitas, duas pedras vinham frias e que por isso acabaram por não cozinhar a carne de forma eficaz. Para acompanhar veio um prato com bastantes legumes e com muito poucas batatas fritas, sendo que dessa quantidade algumas estavam queimadas. O bife à portuguesa era muito pequeno e com cinco batatinhas às rodelas a acompanhar. As carnes eram boas. Terminados os pratos principais perguntámos se nos podiam servir a sobremesa, ao qual nos foi respondido que não tínhamos direito a ela por já passar das 22h e porque a essa hora a cozinha já estava fechada. Uma coisa é pedirmos um prato principal depois das 22h, outra é já sentados e jantados não nos deixarem ter direito à sobremesa com a desculpa novamente do fecho da cozinha. Injustificável. Pedimos então a conta, que acabou por ter pequenos erros, que acabaram por ser corrigidos. Valores elevados para a qualidade dos pratos. Não tinham multibanco, o que não dá jeito nenhum, pelo menos para nós… Tenho pena desta má experiência, creio que a gerência é capaz de fazer melhor, só...
