This is an absolute must-visit if you are close to the area. We had the lamb and the seabass-filet. Both were cooked perfectly, juicy, right-balanced with potatoes and delicious fresh vegetables. Small restaurant in Burgau with excellent food and presentation ! After 3 or 4 visits with full satisfaction we were this time not satisfied. The waiting timr for the couvert if 45 minutes and the main dish 1:45 was much too long, even knowing that the restaurant was cowded. Delusa . Il ristorante all’apparenza è davvero molto carino. Si presenta bene sia io locale che il menù. Le proposte sembrano a primo impatto molto interessanti . abbiamo optato per un risotto . Essendo amanti del pesce cucinato SEMPLICE (perché se la qualità della materia prima è buona, non necessita guarnizioni invadenti che mascherano o coprano il sapore del pesce) e non essendo un amante delle verdure, abbiamo optato per il risotto con il polpo (il piatto che all’apparenza nel menù sembrava quello più semplice). Per sicurezza ho chiesto alla cameriera se non risotto vi erano verdure in generale. La risposta è stata NO. Ovviamente nel risotto c’era tantissimo riso, pochissimo polipo, tanto coriandolo e tanta cipolla . Non tanto per il coriandolo, ma quanto per la cipolla che ha sovrastato il sapore del polpo andando a rovinare completamente il piatto. Risultato : un risotto alla cipolla. Uno schifo . Per un “risotto” per due , una bottiglia di vino bianco da € 15 (che noi abbiamo chiesto secco e ci é stato portato dolce) e due gelati del supermercato, alla modica cifra di € 60.
