When we asked our kids where they wanted to go back to on their last night this is the place they chose. It would be easy to overlook this restaurant but it's a wonderful place. The waiting staff are super friendly. Also, while not relevant to us, we noted this was the only restaurant we visited in Burgau where the staff enquired regarding allergies. Both the inside and outside areas are thoroughly pleasant. Unlike most places in the area there's plenty of space so you're not all packed in. The food was lovely. Read moreLong time Algarve visitors and used to come when it was the old Caravela. Times have clearly changed and this place has been modernised. Lovely, air-conditioned clean restaurant with attentive and genuine staff who show the epitome of Portuguese gentleness and charm that keeps us returning to this wonderful place.

Definitely recommend and we will definitely return. Booking essential in high...

The team here are great and are a big part of the friendly, relaxed atmosphere. If I could suggest anything, it would be to soften the lighting a touch but no deal breaker, the place is a great...
